At the beginning of the second week, or week 5 of the genius hour project, it went by very very slowly. I was only able to get in two games on Monday and Tuesday. I had some family problems and I had to much homework to get more then those two games in two days. I was able to rank up because I won one of those games, but the other one, I wasn't able to pull off the win. My teammates didn't know what they were doing and my aim wasn't very good, but we were close to winning.
On the day in class that we have dedicated to genius hour, I logged all of my time and wrote down all I needed for the blog post. After that, I spend the rest of the time that I had in class studying professional players and how they play certain maps, objectives, and operators so I can become a better player and a better teammate for the random people that I am queued with when I solo-queue. Thursday through Saturday, I was able to get in a total of around 5 hours playing, and I got pretty far in the ranks, going from Copper 1 all the way to Bronze 3. I wasn't able to play any Sunday so I didn't get any time to play. This was a pretty decent week for progress and I feel pretty good about this.
